Engineer John Henderson began working at Masterwork Recording in 1999, training with Peter Humphreys to learn the skills involved in audio mastering.

Since then he has been working with clients on some of the new services Masterwork Recording has been offering such as, multi-media authoring, artwork design, web design, and video editing. Clients include: 
Kindred, Kenn Kweder, Lady Alma, Weldon Arthur McDougal III (The Larks), Rock School West Dance Company.

Joe DeLuca began playing keyboards and guitar in the Philly/New Jersey rock scene in the 1970s with original bands like Versylus, PMA, Shouting Distance,
Steve Junker and Poor Devil, Simon Says, Creamsicle Spiders, and Smokin' Donny V.

Joe Kraus studied engineering and recording with Jim Gallagher as a student at Temple University. After graduating from Temple in 1989, Joe began engineering at Sigma Sound, working on their famed Neve console; Kraus quickly developed advanced recording and production skills and began working key sessions with Sigma's big clients.
